Fractional QA

Start with a conversation and a free 2–4 hour assessment. We review a detailed improvement plan together, agree the resources and allocation from two days a month, and establish the QA process after the agreements are signed.

Bug Hunting

Agree the product journeys, devices and reporting system. Your eight-hour session can be split into subsessions or across devices. We prepare the Framework Agreement and Individual Contract, complete them with your company details and send them for signature and return. Further sessions can be ordered by accepting a quote under the framework.

UX Testing

Agree the research question, user profile and participant arrangements. We prepare tasks and recording consent, run real user interviews while participants use the app and think out loud, then review the recordings and findings with your team.

Competitor Intelligence

Select the competitors and comparison criteria. We onboard, try features and compare the experience and pricing with your product. Review the findings and opportunities, then agree a regular monitoring rhythm if you want to keep the picture current.

Expansion Research

Define the target market and audience. We research local competitors, why users choose them and what your product needs to compete. Review the product gaps and opportunities and select the next priorities for expansion.

Product Testing rates

The flat rate is €490 per day, for Product Testing, including management, manual testing and test automation. Market Intelligence starts from €490 and requires a detailed quote. The scope sets out the days and allocation needed.

Package deals

Prepay 3 days, use them within 3 months and pay €456 per day (approximately 7% off) with a 3-day start SLA. A monthly allocation of 2+ days costs €390 per day (approximately 20% off) with a 3-day start SLA (1 day with at least 4 days per month), paid monthly. Unused monthly days remain valid for 3 months.

Bug Hunting results arrive the day after the session. Research deliverables and ongoing QA milestones are agreed in the work plan.

Agreements and changes

We complete the Framework Agreement and Individual Contract using your company details and send the documents for you to sign and return. We do not initiate an e-signature process. Your accepted quote and signed agreements define the scope, VAT treatment, scheduling, payment and cancellation terms.
