Preparing and sending an enquiry
The inquiry form sends your selected services, needs, contact and company details, and any event reference through our website to the Fuserwise client platform. We store the submission as a lead for administrative review and send an acknowledgement to your email address. An administrator reviews the data before contract preparation.
We use the name, email address, company and message you send to answer your enquiry, discuss the requested service and, where relevant, take steps toward an engagement. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the enquiry.
Keeping enquiry information
Enquiry correspondence is kept for the purposes of responding, managing any resulting business relationship and meeting applicable record-keeping obligations. The appropriate retention period depends on the purpose and whether the enquiry leads to a contract. You can contact us about the retention of your correspondence.
Booking a call
The booking page embeds TidyCal. Loading it connects your browser to TidyCal, which receives technical request information. Booking details you enter are handled by TidyCal and Fuserwise to arrange your meeting. See TidyCal’s privacy notice.

If you follow a link to LinkedIn or use an external email service, that service’s own privacy notice applies. The website does not load those services merely because their links appear on a page.
